Terms of use

What you buy: a link to make your own copy of the "YouTube Client Finder" Google Sheet, including the code inside it, its built-in help and a setup video. It is a digital product, delivered on screen right after payment.
Personal use: one purchase is for one person. Please don't resell or share the copy link.
How it works: the sheet runs in your own Google account and uses Google's services (Google Sheets, the YouTube Data API, Gmail links) under Google's own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Google sets the daily usage limits, not us.
No guarantee of results: the sheet helps you find creators and their public business emails and drafts emails for you. It does not guarantee replies, clients or income.
Your responsibility when you email people: send personal, honest emails one by one, include a way to say no (the templates already do), never email people who asked not to be contacted, and follow Gmail's rules and the laws where you and they live. The sheet never sends emails by itself.
Changes: Google or YouTube may change how their services work. We will try to send a fixed copy when that happens, but we can't promise the product will work forever.
Not affiliated with YouTube or Google. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

If the sheet doesn't work on your Google account, email nikh360relax@gmail.com within 7 days of buying, with your Payment ID and a screenshot of the Status box (or of 🔎 Client Finder → 🛠 Check my setup).
We reply within 7 days. If we can't make it work for you, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Because it is a digital product that you keep after delivery, we don't refund for changing your mind or for not getting clients.
Refunds are processed through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5-7 working days to show them.

Payment: Razorpay collects your contact and payment details to process the order. We receive the order details (Payment ID, amount, the email and phone you entered) and use them only to deliver the product, answer support and send fixes.
The sheet: it runs inside your own Google account. Your settings, results and emails stay in your copy. The code does not send any of your data to us.
This website does not use cookies or tracking of its own.
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email nikh360relax@gmail.com.
